Mr. Schrock holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Gerontological Social Work from the University of Missouri.  He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Mr. Schrock has spent over 35 years serving across a wide continuum of healthcare, within hospital, outpatient, home health, and geriatric community settings.  In the past 10 years, he has successfully transitioned vocationally from home health occupational therapy into clinical social work, to integrate multiple callings in geriatric healthcare, family leadership, and church ministry.  His mid-life career growth included serving as Social Services Director in a geriatric community within the COVID pandemic, obtaining his master’s degree, and practicing as a generalist mental health counselor for all ages at a local community health setting.  His diverse roles as a clinical social worker, occupational therapist, and lay pastor have given him a strong appreciation for the interconnection of physical, mental, relational, and spiritual health.  As a social worker, he is trained to evaluate and support healthy minds within family and community systems.  His mission is to encourage healing, growth, and hope for all his clients.

Mr. Schrock and his wife Rachel attend the Congerville Apostolic Christian Church, where he serves in leadership as a lay-minister.  They are the thankful parents of four and the proud grandparents of two.
