Michelle is a licensed professional counselor with a focus on person-centered therapy, emphasizing the individual's capacity for growth and self-discovery. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. She also holds a certificate in Substance Use Counseling through Illinois Central College. Michelle is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) therapy.
